Our main office is located at 108-40 Queens Blvd. We are located on Queens Blvd between 71st Rd. and 72nd Ave. The office is easily accessible by bus/subway and from major roadways. The office is in close proximally to several local hospitals and pharmacies. We also have a satellite office at 28-04 31st Street, Astoria, NY 11102.

We have a state of art office located in our main office complex in Forest Hills. Our procedures are performed following OSHA regulations and guidelines for strict sterilization.
